Jim Powers from BestDirectShipping taken 200$ cleverly through my online Check(Debit Transaction) Invoice Order :1710 as advance for the shipment of my car(From Greenville SC to Wichita, Kansas) on Aug 17th promising that he would Pick the car on 19th or 20th of this month. From Monday 21st till today he is not lifting any of my phone calls and not responding at all. He is just postponing every day that my car will be picked up in reponse to my mails and stopped responding to emails also.
He is doing a scam to collect money from people by doing false statements,orders and collect the deposit amount without any service.There policies are very wrong, that they will not arrange a service and will not let you choose another service and make you cancel the contract and take away the deposit amount. They are just wasting the time and money of of the consumers. I am filing a complaint against them to get my money back.
