Don't even think about booking through Best Discount Network (also known as ITS Inc) or the gateway ETN.nl that tolerates their fraudulent activities.
Just like many other BDN victims I paid via bank transfer/check (over $1,000 for a trip to Europe), but they never issued a valid ticket. I was forced to repurchase with British Air at the airport when the fraud was discovered. Now they no longer respond to my inquiries. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, but of course they didn't care.
ETN.nl didn't respond when I informed them of BDN's business practices.
I am now reviewing my legal options. All other victims do make sure to post here so we can group our efforts of shutting them down.
