Best Driver Resources, Inc Very Poor Quality Employment Service for Applicants Hialeah, Florida

Best Driver have unreasonable standards considering the fact that basiclly all employers will except email, fax or hard copy applications and personal info.  Best Driver Resources will NOT accept personal info in the standard typical forms.  You must scan your personal info such as licence, DOT Med Card, SS card, pic in JPeg format only.  They are too picky and unreasonable consider the fact that they provide only very unstable and uncertain employment with no possibility of being hired by one of their trucking company clients.  With an unstable and uncertain job like that, I would not waste 89 cents per page going to Kinkos to have it scanned.  If it was a potential stable job I would.  You must scan 4 or 5 pages and Best Driver Res is not worth 89 cent per page.  

My time was wasted with Best Driver because at first I faxed my info to the owner.  The fax was not good enough.  I had it scanned and sent to him.  That was not good enough because it was in Tif format instead of JPeg format.  The government agency was helping me scan it and Best Drivers kept declining my personal info.  The govenment agency employees felt Best Driver was being unreasonable, and giving me the run around taking me around in circles.  I agree with them.  The employment agency said they do not have JPeg format.  I went to Kinkos to ask questions and the clerk told me that Best Driver Resources could convert my personal info into JPeg. Best Driver was not interested when I told the owner.  I told the owner it appears Best Driver is being unreasonable considering the fact that they only provide unstable employment.  The owner had to get off the phone and ended up hanging up on me.

Best Driver Res advertise as an employment agency online.  Before I received all this run around, the owner called me to offer me "an unstable job" the owner told me they are not an employment agency.  I applied with this company because I thought maybe I would be able to find temp to hire truck driver position.  The owner went on to tell me I could be used at different companies as needed with no posibility of being hired by one of their trucking company clients when I asked about potental hire.  The owner told me Best Driver Resources discourage his drivers from being hired by his clients. (In other words, the ow.ner discourage drivers from obtaining stable employment).  When I told my mom about the way Best Drivers was set up.  My mom warned me not to waste my time with this company.  Boy, she was right.  But I did end up wasting my time.

The way the owner explained his business told me Best Driver Resources provides poor quality jobs to applicants.  Most people need stable jobs.  I feel the owner got his business set up like he do not care about applicants having a stable job.  Best Driver Resources provides very unstable and uncertain employment for truck drivers with no possibility of being hired by their clients.  So why would they have to be so picky about applicants sending info in only JPeg format? I feel that Best Driver Res only cares about themself and their clients--not applicants.

I can make more money being a Mystery Shopper.  You can found close to 200 legitimate companies on (((REDACTED))).  If you sign up with 8 to 25 companies you can make good money working part time or full time and it can be fun.  I am sorry I wasted my time with Best Driver Res with their unstable and uncertain jobs.
