Best Friends of Norwalk Connecticut Negligent dog care, exposes dogs to illnesses that staff is aware of, Kennel Cough break outs , Internet

I first brought my 22 month old puppy to Best Friend of Norwalk CT in August 2012 and a friend of mine who had her dog in the same dog camp there let me know that there was a kennel cough outbreak and that she had been notified by another pet parent,but not by the staff at Best Friends. As soon as I got word of this I got in touch with the manager and spoke to her about it and she said yes there was an outbreak. 

The few times after that I brought my puppy to Best Friends of Norwalk I spoke to the manager and asked her everytime is there anything going around your facility, any contagious disease at all including kennel cough, no no no we haven't had that since August she replied. Okay so recently I brought my puppy there twice within the last two weeks and she has never had kennel cough so she began to sneeze for a few days and I called up my vet and asked the person at the front desk and they asked if she had any nasal drip, playing and eating okay so on and so forth and I said yes. Well a few days later her breathing became impaired, my baby is only 4.5lbs and I got really scared and I brought her into my vet and sure enough she has Kennel Cough. This all occured after being at Best Friends in Norwalk CT. 

I called up Best Friends in Norwalk CT immediately and spoke to the manager and I told her what had occured, she tried making excuse well it could have come from being around other dogs, it's airborne so on and so forth. I told her I'm anal about my dog because she is so little and the other dogs are so big in my community she doesn't go near them in fear that she will get hurt since I don't know them and there all on leashes. My dog hasn't been anywhere else but her facility, in addition since it's so cold out and she's so little I keep her inside because she shivers. The next day the manager calls me back and lets me know that another pet parent called in with there dog having sneezing and nasal discharge but the vet put them on an antihistamine. (BS) Then the manager calls up my vet and tells the receptionist and admits there is in fact an outbreak in the facility and when I confronted her she denied it and I told her Ive been dealing with these people for a very long time and they will not lie. Finally I asked about compensation and she refused!!!!

Beware google this Best Friends of Norwalk CT their are horrible stories of what happens there I wish I had prior to ever bringing my baby there.
