We went on a vacation to Cabo on July 11, 2014.  We were told by people at resort that this company would buy our weeks of timeshare.  Set up a meeting and this is where nightmare began!

Michael Gonzales is Division Director of Best Holiday Club Marketing . Everyone we talked to were liers from the beginning!  At least 5 men promised to sell our weeks in 180 days or pay a penalty for not selling in timely manner. 

After 2 months I started calling and inquiring how the sale was progressing!  Guess what, they had potential buyers!  Great!  Called back in a month and was told they were getting things together to make the sale!  After 6 moths went by they still were not finalized. Then BHC would not answer phone for a few weeks.  Then finally after you call so much, they gave me to a new person called Jake Cooper.

Then Jake tells me original couple couldn't come up with money!  This goes on for months, them telling me people were buying my weeks.  After a year I kind of got irritated with them and things went downhill.

They told me 8 times they were near closing on my weeks.  They tol me if I ever mentioned a lawyer, they would no longer talk to me.  After 18 months I was really upset knowing I had lost $14000 for a vacation plan I have never used.

I did mention I might get a lawyer and from that day forward I they will not take my calls.  They have blocked my number from even going thru.  Emails were not answered.  They have now blocked my emails!

We have stressed so much over this scam!  Wish I could announce to the world NEVER do business with BEST HOLIDAY CLUB 

They are very rude and never honestly had anyone willing to buy my weeks! RUN, RUN if you ever hear the words Best Holiday Club!!  If I could really print the way we feel, the content would be unsubmittable!

How accountable can a business be when they no longer answer emails or phone calls.  After they scammed us out of $14,000.  I rate Best Holiday Club a 0 (zero).  There is nothing good about this company!
