I order tanning lotion for them on 5/28/2008. I sent them my first e-mail on 6/3/2008 with a response of " your order is being processed. Thanks" I waited 10 more days and still got nothing. I sent them a second e-mail on 6/12/2008 and received a response on 6/13/2008 stating "We are flooding. Give us a break."

What kind of company says that to a paying customer? None that I have delt with before. Their web site states that have up to 30 days to ship your item according to Visa and MC. That is bull. What company takes that long to ship something. Especially when they so convienently happen to charge you the same or the next day that you place your order. They want to make sure they get their money even if you dont get your product. And now thanks to them I still have no tan for the summer. I used this site because it was $40 cheaper than buying my lotion from a salon but at this point I will gladly pay the extra money just to get my product in a reasonable time frame.

No one should use this site. And anyone who does needs to call their credit card company and file a fraud charge report on them. The public needs to be aware of this so they stop giving their money away for free. This site was recommened to me so I just went to the web site itself. Today I googled the site and this web site came up. In looking through this stuff I did more research on them. I found this company goes by 3 different name... Lotion Town; Best indoor Tanning Lotion; and Payless Lotion.

So if you use any of those sites STOP and find a new lotion dealer.
