Best leds 4 less leds 4 less Would not honar their "Lifetime" warranty Gladstone Oregon

The problem started October 31st, 2017 when I contacted best leds for less on their gmail address about headlights that I purchased, which would flicker on and off independtly of each other. This is a huge safety issue to be driving at night, often in not so good neighborhoods and your headlights just go out! this left me to drive with just my fog lights.

when i contacted them with my issue, they got back right away and sent now anti-ficker wiring harnesses. after installing, they did nothing to resolve the problem. the headlights would still go out. while i thought the problem might have been resolved, I was driving on the road and my lights suddenly flashed off and then back on. the driver in front felt i FLASHED my lights at him and break checked me coming to a complete stop on a busy road. Thankfully I drive with extra caution and left extra space for me to go around the driver, even after he stepped out of his vehicle.

I contacted Best leds for less again to inform then the new harness did not correct the issue and i would like to take the next step in the warranty process. i have repeated this request no less than 14 times over the past three weeks with no responce via gmail

I took a moment today to try and reach out to the company via Facebook where the owner of this company is very active in responding to potential customers questions. I asked a question about my warranty process and I was blocked instantly on the page, and my sinceer question, deleted.

I spent two hundred dollars on these headlights. I specifically choose this company because of the lifetime warranty they provided. I could have went to several other stores and got the same lights for less than half of this cost.
