I placed an order in May of 07. Each time I contacted the company via email or phone, I was unable to get through. The only way I could contact they company is via live chat. When I would request a refund, they would urge me into a reshipment.
During one of my conversations, I was told the medicine ships from Germany and they could not obtain a tracking number.
After I did not receive my medication this last time, I contacted the company for a refund I was told three different times to wait another day, another day, then few more hours. During this time, they tried to get me to let them do another shipment with a tracking number. This is a contradiction to what I was told earlier.
Today, I demanded my refund. I also demanded it be in my account within 7 days. If not, I will be contacting an attorney and the Better Business Bureau. I was told they have no control over the refunds once they issue it. It has to come through a clearing house.
Basically, this company is a rip-off and I wish I had found this site before I ordered. Take my advice - DO NOT order from them.

Best-Medz refund update

Last week I was finally able to submit a request for my refund via Live Chat. First they tried to say that if the charge had been made to my account over 90 days ago, the refund was not an option. Needless to say, I was very upset. Had I waited one more week as they requested, I would have been past the deadline.
Finally, I was told to wait about 14 days for my refund. I was very adamant with them and told them if my refund was not in my account within 7 days, I would contact my attorney and the Better Business Bureau. He said they had no control over how long it took once they made the request. I suggested his supervisor make a call to the company and put a rush on it. Three business days later I have my money back! Finally - an end to the madness!
