I placed an on-line order with this company and approved the artwork PROOF on 1/9/15.
Their email response was that my banner would be EXPRESS DELIVERED to me by 1/15/15 (at the latest).
I have been emailinging their customer service, leaving voicemails (NEVER A LIVE PERSON), sending messageges through their "on-line chat" (that always seems to be OFF-LINE) AND NO ONE EVERY RESPONDS.
My banner is now 10 days late. They advertize excellent customer service - but it seems that ll they do it take money.
There are no LIVE people at this business!
