I am filing this report because the company, Best Pet Parent has ripped me off twice! I ordered LED Collars, and Peticure Nail Trimmers from them, they received their money, but I never recieved either product. I was to receive both products in four weeks, which were ordered on 6/30/15, and it is now 10/5/15.
I am very angry, and I would like to bring this very deceptive company to everyone's attention to protect others from becoming a victim to their rip offs. I called their number, and received the message that they were out of the office, and for faster response to email their company. When I tried to email them I wasn't able to because the link wasn't "available" imagine that!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not orser from this very deceptive company!
