Best Price Caskets DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They sold me a Vault/Casket Set. Guaranteed overnight. Vault arrived late, Casket did not arrive at all! When I disputed the credit card charge, they continued to charge my credit card! Dallas Texas

When my brother died recently, I ordered from highly recommended Best Price Caskets of Dallas, Texas.  I purchased by credit card a Vault and Casket Set, specially ordered to match with a bronze sealing vault, with cross on top, for display at the cemetary and the sealing bronze trimmed casket.  The set was guaranteed for delivery prior to the funeral.  The vault was a day later than guaranteed and the casket never arrived at all.  When I disputed the charges on my credit card, Best Price Caskets continued to re-charge my credit card.  I had to purchase a last minute casket from the funeral home which was very expensive and not selected at all.  It certainly did not match the vault and the vault display top was not able to be displayed at the service.  Please do not use this company!
