IF YOU READ THIS, RUN FROM BEST PRICE MOVING AND STORAGE.  DO NOT WALK, RUN, unless of course you want to pay more than all other quotes in the end.

Received "Binding" quote.  It was a good quote.  Movers came, loaded, and stated there were 165 total pieces after they loaded the truck.  Impossible to argue unless wanted them to unload everything and count which is not realistic unless want things broken upon reloading as the movers would not be happy.

Received final paperwork at end.  I had to pay remainder of balance before they would unload off truck.  The paperwork showed 65 items (the line item started at number 110).  At this point, unless I wanted to wait for who knows how long to receive my items, I had to pay.  I figured I could have it resolved afterwards and paid the balance in order to receive my stuff that day and not have to worry about it being mishandled due to frustrated movers.

Afterwards, when i tried to reach my representative on multiple days, his colleagues continuously informed me he was always out of the office when I called. I thought this was unusual as I was always able to reach him easily before I committed by making my down payment.  I sent multiple emails as well and have yet to receive a response.  This was approximately 45 days ago.

My representative's name was David Carter.  He appeared to be a very nice ethical man on the phone.  The end result was the move cost me approx. $1000 more than it would have cost with other movers I spoke to.

Below are two emails I sent to Mr. David Carter, the last one sent November 7, 2015.  I have yet to hear back (phone or email):

1.  David, Attached are the two pages I received from the movers.  As you will see, it looks like the movers started at line 110 when quoting 165 items. It appears the original "binding" quote of $1800 should have been the correct amount (also attached).  Seeing as I paid $2950, it appears we are due a refund of $1150.  Look forward to hearing from you.

2. David, I chose to go with Best Price because you convinced me that Best Price was ethical and honest and that the negative comments I read were not representative of the majority of customer experiences.  I have tried to reach out to you (email and phone) on multiple occasions as well as contact customer service.  When I call, they tell me you are out of the office. I have yet to receive a response from you or Customer Service regarding my concern for final billing.  Reaching you before I committed to Best Price was not a problem and all of a sudden it is.  This does not seem right.
