This is well documented here and on the insurance forum. This guy changes his name and steals the identity of other agents, runs the scam under their name for a bit, then dissapears only to pop up and do it again.
Please do not give him authorization to run your card for payment. He says you will be refunded the $550 upfront once you write $2500 AV. You will be sent leads that are 2-6 years old. You will tell him this and then he is GONE.
I am disputing the charges with my bank now. Not sure if it's going to work though. Read the rest of the posts and don't give anyone your card information if it looks like what you've read here, sometimes it's $550, $500, and different names and license numbers are used.
