We’re focused on satisfying our customers. The complaint is extremely vague in regards to how her experience with us was “horrific.” I speak towards our values when I say that we take pride in meeting our client’s needs. We handle all complaints diligently, and do everything we can to remedy the rare unhappy client.

We are in no way associated with BRR. We’re completely different entities. In fact, they’re a competitor. As aforementioned by a BRR representative rebuttal, this complaint lacks any factual ground and seems to be an attempt to smear two companies with one slanderous complaint.

We have no working relationship with BRR. They are our competitor. If you have any legitimate complaints or concerns, please contact customer care.

This is clearly another smear campaign on our company from someone we have NEVER done business with.  All of Gloria's statements are vague or just plain false.  

Here are the FACTS:

1. Best Rate Referrals and Lead Research Group are NOT the same company nor are we "in bed together".  In fact, we are direct competitors.  Anyone that does actual research about BRR or LRG will find that to be true.

2. We have never met a Gloria nor has she ever come to our office.  We also have never met Rob Brack from LRG nor any of his associates.  Rob Brack has never been to our office.  

3. Cody Bennett is one of our senior account representatives and has never done business with Gloria nor does he know her.  

After all our research we have found this post to be completely false and it is heavily thought to be an attempt by a third compositor to take a stab at both BRR and LRG.  There is simply no other explanation for this post as far as BRR is concerned.  We have no idea who Gloria is nor do we have any relationship with LRG other than competition.
