In Feb., 2010, I ordered a DVD and they had a new user promotion to waive the shipping fee. Seemed pretty straight forward.........Nope, I just realized that this "free shipping", allowed the unethical and intentionally misleading company to bill me EACH MONTH, $9.95. I don't know how I have missed this for the past 2 YEARS, but now my $3.00 DVD, has cost me over $248.00. This BESTBRANDVALUE Company is a fraud and they agreed to give me a two month credit.
I have never used them since this one order 2 years ago and think they should be closed down forever.

Your first mistake is not looking and balancing your monthly credit card statement. Just how many
more errors did you find.
I do not know what the web screen looked like when you signed up for membership. Yes, you did sign up for membership. The below statement is what is on their website before you can sign up. I guess you are lucky; membership is now $19.95 per month.
