A simple book order turned into a hidden enrollment in a membership charge to my credit card.
Despite repeatedly telling them I Did Not sign up for the membership they continued to charge me $9.95 per month indeffinately. There was no welcoming email to announce my membership.  My Invoice clearly shows no charges beyond the book price.  They finally cancelled the membership and have offered a 3 month refund but they refuse to refund the additional 8 months. Also refused to give me the corporate address to send a letter of complaint just their flunky PO Box address. They continue to maintain they are only allowed to refund 3 months. Clearly I have not used the membership.
