The Bestbuy “Geeks” will ruin your expensive computer and won’t take any responsibility for fixing the damage happened under their care, even though the contract guarantees it. In our case, they “handled” a thin light-weight expensive laptop: after they looked inside the unit, it never turned on back again. Instead of offering to fix the issue, they lied into our face, insisted that they still need to charge us for “repair” that resulted in malfunction since they “spent their time”, went as far as attempting to put the wrong unit model and serial number in case documentation so that we can have no recourse in the small claims court.  Their “quality management” department will talk to you softly but will refer the case solution to the same unprofessional liars in the local store. In our case luckily the unit was still under manufacturer’s warranty and was fixed under the warranty. It occurred that Bestbuy caused electric glitch in the mother board when they used their own power adapter on the unit and severed the cable connecting the base with the screen while screwing the unit back. Later we learned from the manufacturer that the unit memory (the issue that "geeks" were trying to solve) could not be increased at all and should not had been opened in the first place, which the “geek” technician didn’t know. I don’t know what would make us use this service again.
