Bestbuy Sold me used Open box defective compaq and than wants to charge $380 to fix it, surely pattern fraud here. Orlando Florida

I am looking for customers who were ripped of at bestbuy (anywhere). and or employees or x employees who would like to present proof to the atny gen,fcc, state atny. Atny, Gen.And or any other state and or federal law enforcement agency, business regulatory agency or media entity that could help establish the validity of one ripoff and ultimately establish the fact that thy are conducting an ongoing pattern of fraudulent business activity. I am sick of seeing these large corporations Ripoff millions and be fined thousands.
In my particular case it is only a $650 COMPAQ PRESARIO F700 BOUGHT AT LIST PRICE AS NEW (from an open box) and because the machine shuts off when ever it wants to,during an upgrade of the BIOS (it shut off) and corrupted the BIOS password. "Remedy" (as I did not purchase the one year warranty and the machine was at the first time i bought it back was 1 month old). pay approximately $380 to begin service regardless of why the BIOS was corrupted. I can go on and on about how the geeksquad retains personal info from hdd. when reformating is done and therefor is available to any one in the department. And a host of other things but by myself I can't get any where. So if you have been taken advantage of or have any proof of illegal activity I am willing to compile all the complaints I receive and hopefully get us compensation please contact me.
