During our coldest winter ever...In order to repair my broken heating unit I was forced to go to an online 'quick cash' company. The convenient calendar gives you a pay off amount, if paid.... Not only did I pay on that date... they took my automatic draft that came out of 254.00, Purposely delaying my full 1000.00 payoff on their end to invoke pay off charges.  To give you an idea of the culture we are dealing with: the person on the phone said 'since I decided to go on my own, and pay through the site, its my fault. (where did I get the loan from... online...

The website payoff does not mention anything about additional steps I must do to ensure payment. Most legitimate businesses encourage early payoffs. Since this happened, my checking account is overdrawn and I cannot do what I am supposed to do, which is to Feed my family.
