I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Penny 2 from Bestkickshoes.com on 10/08/2008. My credit card has been charged for the amount yet when I click on the order status link they sent me, my order's status is still: "This order is pending review" even though it has been around 21 days since I placed the order. I have tried emailing them on admin@bestkickshoes.com, orders@bestkickshoes.com, and questions@bestkickshoes.com but I have not received a response till now nor a confirmation message that they have received my mail. I also tried calling them on (202) 460-4153 yet it was answered by voice mail prompting me to leave a message but their voice mail box was full. I have contacted Yahoo since the link above is a Yahoo store link, but all they did was advise me to contact you. I have asked them a couple of times what actions Yahoo has done to resolve my problem and they did not answer.

From what I have read about Dubai, you have excellent shopping malls and stores full of merchandise including Nike shoes.
Why did you take a chance ordering anything from an Internet site which apparently was bogus as more and more of them nowdays?
Just wondering.
You should have had your credit card cancel the payment if you didn't get your shoes within a week because it only takes me about four days whenever I order something from overseas.
Dubai has an excellent postal system and air delivery services too. I have some nieces who are stationed in the military in the Middle East and they never have trouble getting mail delivered to them where they are stationed.
Don't you enjoy getting out of the house and shopping?
I am sorry you got ripped off but you have to be EXTREMELY careful when you order online these days.
