HELLO Im writing to inform people about bestmark secret shoppers they sent me out a check for over one thousand dollers and i called to let them know I received the check and survey paper and she told me to call back when the check is cashed I said ok so I deposited the check so after that the bank told me that some funds would be in the account
the next day which would have been 500.00 so and they withheld 900.00 dollers ok then come to find out when I try to pay a cell phone bill they told me the credit card was not working come to find out that the bank froze my whole account due to the check they sent me they fund out the check was not right

I have done many shops with Best Mark and the first thing anyone, including them will tell you is "You do not get paid up front". You first complete the job and if a purchase is required you use your own money and then submit your report with a copy of your receipt. If you leave off anything that is required you can have some of the money deducted from the amount the shop was or you may not get paid at all if you failed to properly file the paperwork.
Also Best Mark does not have shops were you make $1000. Most of their shops are under $10. Or you may get a free meal at a restaurant.
In closing I must say I have never, ever had a problem. Best Mark explains everything as clear as it can get. No where do they say they will send you and check and a survey... I have no idea where the original reporter got his information.
