Bestprice Drugs - Affiliate Of Medical Web Services Basically ripped me off, charged for meds, never rec'd and now won't respond RIPOFF Sunrise Florida

This is more related to bad customer service or the lack thereof. I ordered a basic "antibiotic" through Bestpriced-Drugs.com. They confirmed my order and shipped it. I was not available to sign for the package, but usually the apt. building manager can handle this for me. He must not have been available either, thus FedEx held my package for 1 day and shipped it back as "undelivered".

I have sent repeated emails to the all of the email addresses listed online and have also filled out their "contact Us" form provided on their web site. With No response whatsoever.

I then looked up the web site for an alternate email address which is listed on the "order" page of the Bestprice-Drugs.com Site (that email address is: info@medicalwebservices.com). Obviously I find that "Bestprice-Drugs.com" is an affiliate of "medicalwebservices.com". They both list the same toll free customer service phone number, which I called only to get no answer. Next I tried calling the toll number which is only listed on the medicalwebservices.com site.

When the automated service answers I push the button for customer service and when they answer, (finally) they speak very fast and unclear and then I am assuming my call is placed on hold, becuase it is dead silent but my toll call is still connected. I wait & wait but give up and then try this call again only to have the same exact thing happen. Additionally, I have also sent repeated emails to medical web services explaining all of these issues I am having but have not received a single repsponse. (One day I even sent the same email 10 times in a row, still nothing.)

So they have taken my money, kept my meds and I cannot contact anyone at the parent or affiliate companies to ask to have my order resent to me. (And of course I would pay the additional shipping.) I don't believe that it is coincidence that so many emails go unanswered and phone calls are averted very systematically. Since this is medication I am not expecting a refund, I simply want my order re-shipped to me, at my cost even.
