I want to talk about a big crook who rages all around the world with several online shops, such as bestpricescigarettes.com, cheapricecigarettes.com, cigarette1.com, cigarette4sale.com, steroids-center.com, steroid1.com, steroidplace.com and on!

The scammer is a French under the name David Guigues (sometimes he uses his father first name Jean-Paul Joseph) and is located in Thailand.

He has scammed many French customers, as you can see on this page (((link redacted))), and foreign customers too (((link redacted)))

This "seller" (if we can call him a seller) quickly cashes your money by using Western Union but never sends goods. And if you and dare to send him a complaint, he blackmails you (as he knows your name and your postal address).

Be very careful when a website suggests you to pay via Western Union (Western Union is a mean to use between trusted persons, not with an unknown person).
