all i want is to alert other people :
-please read carefully the fine, tiny prints at the end of their page.
-they say $19.99 for the price of 2 plus $7.99 S&H...second handy switch is absolutely free !?
-really nothing was free ( almost 40 dollars for 2 switches)...
-they never made out an itemized receipt as others honest merchants did.
-they made you misunderstand the meaning of their so called offer details.
-you will have to pay additional S&H of $7.99 that make your payment almost doubled (19.99 + 15.98 + tax 2.89= 38.86)

-only after you receive your order , then you know you are being cheated!
-products were cheap not durable enough, compare with alike switch sold at orchard supply !
-if you want them to repair defective material you have to pay again for the S&H expense both way!

- believe they live upon your back with shipping handling fees and cheap products.
-be careful: the address www.besttvbuys.com is not bestbuy.com
-it can be phishing , ID stealing scheme

Best Buy

I bought a computer through best buy, with an extended warranty, when the computer broke AND I took it back under warranty they took months to get it repaired. I found out the warranty was not what I was told when I purchased. I was told one thing by the repair shop in best buy. I ended up turning them over to BBB. Finally it was resolved.
