My problems with this company are almost too obvious to write with a straight face. When you call into their support line, they literally say "Please provide your user name and password."

My user name is a random array of digits and numbers, which isn't a huge deal, but quite amazing they expect people to memorize it alone. The latter is the really important and dangerous part, the employees see the users passwords in plain text, thus how they're able to verify it over the phone. Let that sink in for a moment. Your account with the funds in it, and they know the password.

That's terrible on so many levels it was hard for me to keep talking to them. What was even worse, the supposed "manager" was amazed that it bothered me. I told him I worked in "I.T.", and him not understanding the relevance was incredibly troubling to me. I should have known to not buy-in again, but few sites indeed offer poker to US citizens at this time.

When I first inquired to sign up, I had a direct phone call from an employee; explaining the different sign up bonuses etc etc. I was not interested in sports book, casino, but only playing poker. I didn't go after the bonus, but it was offered from square one. After playing for a few weeks I did start to wonder: how do you offer a bonus repeatedly yet never send it, when I never inquired?

Turns out they send it to your "free-play" bonus tab on the cashier page. I play poker, naturally they don't let you "move" the money to the poker room, which is insanely idiotic. Why offer a poker player a bonus in the sportsbook? The mind numbing concepts this company keeps just keep coming out. Tried talking via email, and I admittedly lost my temper, but their limited and frustrating support might cause a saint to flip out.

They have inadequate workers, plain text passwords the employees can see; and after researching, have a crazy amount of complaints from people trying to withdraw their payouts. I smell another "Full tilt poker" company in the works; which is a shame for other legitimate companies trying to pave the way for online poker in the U.S.

I'm not accusing this company of doing illegal things, but the context of what they do / how they do it make me think they don't really have the back-end nor security to be handling thousands of players credit cards, bank accounts, and personal information. ( THE PASSSWORDS ARE STORED IN PLAIN TEXT........................A TEN YEAR OLD HACKER COULD GET IT............................)

Please look into this company, as I would like poker to come back to the U.S., not die from incompetent operations making promises they don't keep, and treating their customers like trash.

Regards
