Beth Blyker Koll of Newport RI Beth Blyker Rotten customer who defamed my business online - she is a very nasty individual Newport Internet

I own an auto transport company. I just spoke with a customer calling herself Beth Blycker (aka Beth Blycker Koll) and she asked me to provide her with a quote to ship her car from CA to RI. I provided her with an accurate quote and then she loudly excalimed that I was a "lousy crook" and "thief" because I wanted to charge her too much money. I patiently and kindly explained to her that my role as a broker is such that I do not set the final price on behalf of the carriers that serve various routes, as they are all independent trucking companies and that their fees are based upon the "market rate" that other customers have been paying them for similar sized vehicles being transported along similar routes.

Apparently, my answer was not good enough for her. She called me an a****** and told me that she would bash my business online as she had done to other business.

Based upon my conversation with this individual, I would highly recommend that all business owners avoid doing any business with Beth Blycker of Newport, RI unless you want to experience similar verbal abuse.
