Bethany Group, Irvine CA Need Security Deposit back! Irvine California

I've emailed Greg, Jeff, Jason & Michelle (who's email doesn't work now) three times. We former/current tenants need some help.

Below is the email:

I moved out of Apt #1172 of the Valencia Park Apartments (5104 E Van Buren St., Phoenix AZ 85008) on Jan 31, 2008, per the terms of my lease. The walk-thru, done following the turn in of my keys & laundry card, was satisfactory, no extra charges per note on move out sheet.

It is now March 10, 2009. I have not received my $632.00 refundable deposit. $632.00 = $527.00 security deposit + $100 refundable pet deposit + $5 laundry card/key deposit. Per the staff at Valencia Park Apartments, the refundable deposits owed must come from your corporate offices.

Article 2, section#33-1321, subsection D of the revised Arizona Landlord & Tenant Act states that refundable monies are to be returned within 14 business days, along with an itemized list of any monies deducted.
Subsection E of that same article states that if refunds are not submitted within the time limit, the former tenant is entitled to two times the amount wrongfully withheld.

The Arizona Landlord & Tenant Act is referenced in section 4 "Security Deposit" on the Valencia Park Apartments, so it can be believed that Bethany Group is aware of the statue.

Please return my refundable deposit amount of $632.00 as soon as possible.
