Several months ago I ordered some wood to make a Christmas Present for a fellow Church goer, I paid for it useing their check out and never recieved it. I sent E-mail after E-mail no answer, I stopped payment and then I got an E-mail saying I was suppose to tell them I wanted the wood I ordered and did not pay for shipping, I thought what?
If I ordered it and payed for it it should have been known I wanted it! Their check out did not show a shipping charge or I would have paid it! He said remove the dispute and he would send the wood.
I said OK and removed the dispute and sked for a invoice and I will be happy to pay for the shipping, I recieved no answer and no wood, they have horrable customer service, the web site is to lure christians to buy from them only to keep their hard earned money.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had the same problem as Alan. I placed an order with the company about 2 or 3 years ago.
I had placed an order for some olive wood beads to make rosaries and chaplets for some sick friends.
I thought the transaction would be safe because they use pay-pal so I had let my gaurd down.
After about 2 weeks went by and I didn't recieve my order, I contacted the company, who told me that everything was back ordered and they were waiting for the supplies to come. I am a very trusting person, so I just waited patiently.
After a few more weeks I contacted the company only for them to give me the run around.
I contacted pay-pal to notify them of my problem and looking to get a refund. I was denied the refund because you only have about a month or so to put a claim in. I was annoyed to say the least. This company, put me off long enough so that I couldn't file a complaint with pay-pal. A 75 dollar lession learned.
I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau www.bbb.org . They were unable to contact the company and get a response. As of today there are several complaints on bbb.org. I suggest any person who has had a problem with this company file a complaint with them.
One last thing I would like to add. Be careful of this company. If you do a web search for the phone number they have 1-877-743-4241 you will see that they have several web sites by different names.
These people are Scam Artists. You have been warned.
