Betsy Louise Lowery rented home with husband David and two children Ashlyn and nicholas. They moved out owning over 6 months rent and destroying my house causing over $10,000 in damages in addition to $10,000 in rent.

Destroyed door, garage door, stole washer, stole garage remote, tool. Ruined 2300 sf of carpet with hundreds of dog urine stains from dog they did not have permission to bring in.

Upon on moving out they promised and agreed to make payments. Made a payment and disappeared except the occasional email from Betsy full of profanity mocking her ripoff.

Eviction was filed against them.
