Better Beverages Of North America Inc, David Nguyen, Berdj&Annie Konyalian, Better Beverages Int Did not show up for meetings with the Ministry of Labour Officer-Mississauga,Ontario,Canada Laval, Montreal (formally Mississauga) Quebec Canada

Here we go again, the Ministry of Labour had scheduled an appointment with three of the past employees and with the mentioned parties from Better Beverages of North America Inc. on June 4th, 2008.( names listed below also)

David Nguyen, Berdj & Annie Konyalian never showed up but they did retain a Mississauga lawyer for a short period of time prior to this date.

Conversation had taken place between the past employees in the weeks prior to this scheduled meeting and the lawyer, Andy Balaura,who is represented from Pallet Valo LLP Mississauga confirmed that there will be some resolution to this outstanding monies owed, once reviewing the files.

Guess what, yes, you guessed it, no lawyer showed up as scheduled, considering the past employees re scheduled the original date to compliment the lawyers schedule.

The lawyer never even called the Ministry to notify that he would not be in attendance. If it was not for the Ministry officers insight to call the offices of Andy Balaura, we would all have been guessing what the next step was and will be at this time. All three of us shook our heads in disbelief again. Another shameful scam was in the works by Better Beverages, David Nguyen, Berdj and Annie Konyalian.

This is just the tip of the ice berg with dealing with David Nguyen, Berdj & Annie Konyalian. How they also convinced others of loaning monies to them and then disappearing back in hiding in Montreal, removing all of the business possessions and not paying anyone what is owed.

There is an ongoing list of people that David Nguyen, Berdj & Annie Konyalian owe and have stolen monies, services and product from in the days gone past. The many employees, suppliers, contractors and the general aquaintances that are owed monies to is just sickening.

To think that David Nguyen might surface once again and convince others of his lies and stories but mostly the false promises that we all heard.

A warning to all once again, please do not deal, converse or negotiate any business with this fraudulent individual, David Nguyen or his little group of deciptful followers, Annie & Berdj Konyalian. Who knows what new alias he will be going under in the days ahead, just to scam for his own benefit.
