Steve from Florida seems to think that we should lay down and give up against the almighty Bad Business Bureau, WHAT A COWARD!

That somehow making a disabled person work has something with this posting of the BBB.

That somehow laying down and giving up will in someway satisfy the demonic satan, the BBB. Is Satan ever satisfied?

It is courageous people that change history, and the corrupt status quo. The BBB needs to be shut down and the principles jailed for fraud. We will do everything in our power to bring these criminals to justice.

First of all, the BBB does not have ANY "jurisdiction" of any kind. The BBB is a FOR PROFIT business. They have absolutely ZERO legal authority. They ARE NOT any form of governement agency. The BBB cannot force anyone to do anything.

What happened to you is that you agreed to binding arbitration. Big mistake!

The BBB are NOT arbitrators. Arbitrators are usually attorneys.

And, forget about the "class action lawsuit". This is jibberish of the uneducated. Do you know what a class action lawsuit costs? It is a waste of time and money, which you do not have.

My advice to you is to get a job. You say "we" are a disabled family. Is every adult in your family 100% totally disabled? If not, any adults in your family need to go out and get a job.

Dear Ms. Bacon,

The illegal and fraudulent decision made by Mr. Scott, arbitrator in our case has devastated our family. The arbitrator Mr. Scott fraudulently and illegally gave away our home, to the filthy criminals that run American Engine Installations in Denver, Charles and Tim Gemelli. These two individuals have conducted a fraudulent business in your jurisdiction for years and have accumulated 37 complaints, in just the last two years.

Mr Scott is a criminal, guilty of grand larceny. The BBB is responsible for his criminal actions. Mr. Scott callously gave the Gemellis a $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 reward for stealing our motor home, and engaging in fraudulent business practices. Mr. Scott ignored every statute of the Co. Motor Vehicle Repair Act, the law of the land, governing motor vehicle repairs in Colorado.

Mr. Scotts fraudulent and illegal decision will the cost the BBB millions in lawsuits over the next few years. Your organization, the BBB, was founded in 1912 for the sole purpose of consumer protection. Your glitzy new website has false and misleading information regarding such foreign values, as integrity, honesty, trust etc

The decision by Mr. Scott to steal our motor home from us is a beacon that will draw thousands of litigants in a massive lawsuit that I will organize against your BBB Bad Business Bureau. All you have to do, is to Google BBB sucks and count the number of angry consumer complaints at various websites such as ripoff.com, squeakywheel.com, Google blogs etc If someone were to organize these angry litigants against the BBB, we the defrauded consumers, could shut down your organization with an avalanche of lawsuits, like you have never seen. All it takes is one person to bring down your fraudulent business empire.

The time is right, when the presidential candidates, are espousing anti-business rhetoric toward the greedy corporations, that have bankrupted America. If you choose to identify with these greedy corporations, by your fraudulent acts, and act as their protector, you will surely go down in flames and justice will be done.

Stephanie and I are both disabled and homeless, living in our RV. Your criminal arbitrator stole our home and gave it to Gemelli, public enemy number 1, of the Denver Colorado BBB. Not only did the arbitrator ignore the ironclad original contract, and the Co. Motor Vehicle Repair Act, he assessed a fine upon us, the victims, of almost $5,000.00, and gave us no more than 14 days to pay, then gave away our home. Thats right Ms. Bacon, our home. That constitutes fraud, without reasonable notice!

The motor home is the Sions family home. You should understand the foreclosure crisis going on in America today. It is another fraud perpetrated by the greedy corporations that you protect. However in the foreclosure process there is a willingness to work out financial payments and there is reasonable time given before the home is taken away. The criminal arbitrator in our case decided that we were not entitled to proper notification and took our home away on the 14th day of our being notified of his illegal decision.

At the outset of the arbitration hearing my lawyer, Mr. Portales was very optimistic that we would walk away with either the motor home free and clear in compliance with statute 42-9-105 of the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act which states When consent and estimate are required-additional repairs-changed completion date: Unauthorized charges. Since 7-1-2006 AEI has deliberately refused all contact with us except for the written contract and invoice of 10-10-2006 received by fax. The ratified contract amount is for $3,902.21. AEI is demanding $6,000.00, plus storage charges. The statute states AEI is limited 10% or $25.00 overcharge whichever is less. AEI failed to notify us of any completion date as required by the statute. AEI assessed charges far in excess of what is allowed by the Co. MVRA. Hence the contract we signed on 10-10-2006 is null and void and according to the statute the vehicle must be reassembled to original condition at no cost. The $400.00 disassembly fee is a violation of this statute.

AEI and the Gemelli gang violated 7 statutes of the Co. MVRA therefore; it is not possible for a just arbitrator to give away our home to lawbreakers with such blatant and deliberate disregard for Colorado law. The arbitrator, in violation and contradiction of the Colorado Attorney Generals office, virtually ignored our plea for justice, and issued a decision that is an obstruction of justice.

Stephanie and I came to you, back in January 2006 with two complaints of business fraud in your state, in your jurisdiction. Despite the fact that you have a sworn duty to protect the consumer since 1912, against fraudulent business practices, you have done nothing but whitewash Boyer Tire another bunch of criminals that illegally sold a motor vehicle by misrepresenting a blown engine, and then concurrently AEI that continued the business fraud under your jurisdiction. Neither business has been punished, for their illegal activities. On the contrary, you have decided to reward the latter business, AEI, with our home. That is worth between $10,000.00 and $15,000.00 with a new engine which we never received. Gemelli got our home, free and clear. He gets our motorhome for $0, spray paints over the grease on the engine, making it look new, then sells it on ebay for $10,000.00 to $15,000.00, a clear profit for the Gemelli Gang.

This is for you Mr. Scott. If we are not given a reconsideration, and a just, honest, fair, ethical, and legal decision such as; a return of our home according to Co. MVRA statute 42-9-105, or enforcing specific performance of the ratified 10-10-2006 repair contract. With a factory remanufactured engine for $3902.21, the contract amount ratified by both parties, then we will come after you with both criminal and civil charges, to recoup our losses due to your illegal decision. Mr. Scott it is obvious by your illegal decision, that you are either being bribed, or you have some financial interest in the Gemellis. You would not risk your reputation and position with the Colorado bar rendering such an illegal decision.

To Allan Cohen, perhaps Mr. Cohen youve read your Old Testament, and the story of David and Goliath. I fully intend to make the BBB pay for its illegal and fraudulent handling of our cases against two fraudulent businesses in Denver Colorado. Mr. Cohen your job as chief counsel at the BBB is to keep them out of trouble, not to stonewall potential litigants, and make them so angry that they sue the pants off your employer. Your job with the BBB is to keep them out of trouble. May I suggest in your dealings with me that you not insult me with your silly canned I dont see anything wrong with that decision and use your God given conscience to see the error in this decision. I will seek justice against your organization all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. I will organize thousands of litigants and I will put you people where you belong, as protectors of the greedy corporations, that you represent. Out of business.

Thats right Mr. Cohen, no more dues for you. You represent the consumer, not some sleazy business, that is paying you money under the table. Also, take down your website before you get slammed with a false and misleading advertisement lawsuit. The BBB has been destroyed by a culture of greed and money grubbing.

You are not acting in the public trust as you say, you are instead hypocrites, defrauding consumers into thinking you are on their side, when if fact you are just protecting big business. It is a well known fact that businesses use the BBB arbitration system because they do not want the liability of going into a fair and just court of law where the decision would inevitably be in favor of the consumer. The jig is up Mr. Cohen.

As for you Ms. Bacon, you gave me the impression that the decision made by the criminal arbitrator was unjust, unfair and illegal. I sensed empathy in your voice especially when you said The decisions arent always fair, fair for the consumer that is. The Colorado AGs office is trying to do the job of cleaning up your Denver Colorado business community all by themselves. It remains to be seen whether the BBB Bad Business Bureau will heed my warning and clean up their tarnished image now by meeting out justice to all the angry consumers injured by the BBB, or whether the BBB will ignore me and laugh at such a little person going after such a big organization.

Remember Enron?

We will carry out a class action litigation, law enforcement investigations of the BBB, congressmen and senators investigations of the BBB. Also a media and advertising campaign to finish off this fraudulent sham of an organization called the BBB. As you can see, you people have made us very angry, however as a disabled person, with a bad heart, my cardiologist has recommended, that I dont pursue any stressful endeavors. So I will make you an offer.

Set aside this illegal arbitration decision, I want reconsideration by a new arbitrator, a new hearing at which the settlement will be in accordance with Colorado law. I will accept only a legal decision that exhibits your now fraudulent misleading false claims of your website. At that point, I will go away, and let you deal with the thousands of other litigants that want a piece of the fraudulent, unfair, unjust and unethical BBB.
