The Better Business Bureau office in DC is very dishonest and unethical. I filed a complaint against a business; the business didn't respond to BBB or me until 6 months later. The business finally responded to BBB 6 months later. I went into the hospital and contacted BBB and they close my complaint because I requested a couple of days to respond. Then the CEO, Mr. Johnson fabricated that I responded several times when I responded one time and the company responded twice. As I was going to respond for the second time to the company that is when I was refused by BBB CEO Mr. Johnson. BBB suppose to be impartial and for the little person against bad businesses but when they are taking funds from businesses you know as well as I know money is the rule of all greed and that is a business bureau. They suppose to arbitrate for customers concerns however the CEO told me that they don't, he fabricated you can find exactly what BBB suppose to do however they don't do for customers. BBB is a nonprofit organization and obtains funds from business too. It's not a government entity but a non-profit which the federal government they receive grants to run their organization. America we must stop these organizations such as BBB who states they are for American people but for the businesses. So you can see why they aren't going to advocate for anyone complaint effectively because they are serving their interest and the business interest. It 's upsetting to me that BBB could be biased because I was in the hospital and don't prefer sick people when filing a complaint but the lame excuses just demonstrate how unethical and dishonest BBB really is against the regular American customer. This is a sad case with customers as organizations like BBB is defrauding citizens who only wants to be protected under consumer rights.
