The, better business bureau of cleveland failed to help or resolve a complaint agaisnt progressive insurance who unfairly put me @ fault for an accident which happend on 11/22/2006, progressive already has several hundred complaints agaisnt them @ the better business bureau of cleveland!.
The, total # of complaints agaisnt progressive 430 so what does that tell you progressive automatically put me @ fault for the accident, without fully looking into everything before making their decision!.
The,complaints are the same one has mind with repair issues progressive does not want to pay & instead they blame the innocent driver of the accident, which Is how progressive has done me the other driver lied to progressive the other driver had no insurance & he falsified plates he should not had been paid anything!.
I,was not negligent I was stopped & the other driver turned infront of me on purpose! & struck my vehicle, progressive refused to resolve the problem or change their decision I have also made a complaint with the alabama state insurance commissioner office about how progressive handled In making their decision!.
Progressive, treats everybody like this & they blame everybody besides the driver who really caused the accident!, progressive took 3 points of my insurance record due to they had to pay the other driver $900 for his damanges the other driver purposelly caused this accident!. I, will continue to dispute this with progressive let me just say one thing about the better business bureau they do not give a rats a*s about the custormer who progressive has wronged, the better business bureau always sides with progressive.
The,better business bureau always says that progressive made a good offer but I was not happy with their offer progressive did not offer anything to resolve the complaint, accept lie about me & to say things I did not even say!.
The, word will get out one way or another about how progressive makes their decisions & how wrong they treat people when they get involed In an accident & unfairly, blame the innocent driver for the accident!.
