The BBB in CT might as well be dissolved completely due to their ineptness and total lack of concern for the consumer.
They collect money by way of "dues" from the very companies that they are supposed to be carefully policing. However, the BBB does NOTHING to help the consumer.
All a bad business has to do is write a letter falsely stating just about anything in their own defense, and the BBB labels the complaint as "Resolved."
End of story. But the consumer, and all all future consumers, are totally ripped off by this unethical conduct by the BBB. They do not care about rightful reporting of very bad businesses.. they only care about collecting dues in order to pay their own salaries and call themselves a bureau.
It is totally horrifying.
