Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana BBB Accredited Business (Chuck's Painting) Destroyed My Siding With Power Washer Fort Wayne, Indiana

I looked for a reputable painter and used the BBB as a reference to find one on the Internet. He was an A+ accredited painter with no complaints. This guy totally destroyed my wood siding doing 1000's of dollars worth of damage with his pressure washer after paying him 2250.00 to do it. This was an "open & shut" case, but the BBB "arbitrator" let him off the hook with no liability or even just giving my money back. This was UNBELIEVABLE to me! The damage was so obvious and I presented over a dozen hi-res pictures and a 20 minute video to no avail. I had to take out a home improvement loan to get all new siding.($10,000) I have just contacted the BBBC main office in Arlington, VA, The Federal Trade Commission, and The Indiana State Attorney General. I cannot believe how much of a SCAM the BBB is! Their ad on the Internet said to feel confident in choosing one of their accredited painters. The BBB is a consumer advocacy group?! How can these SCAMMERS get away with this?! They receive an annual due from the business for protection in return. The BBB is a MAFIA ran RIP OFF Company!
