Better Business Bureau Of The Southland BBB Shakedown, Misleading Consumers about reputable companies!!!!! Colton, California

Property Management Company, San Clemente, CA   I find it offensive that the sales people from the BBB always start off the call by saying that they have several complaints against us and that if we agree to sign up as a member,"they can remove them from their system!" WHAT A SHAKEDOWN!! I was misinformed as I was under the impression that the BBB was a way for consumers to make sure that they are doing business with a good company. We have 4 complaints and have addressed all of them, to include making sure that our consumer is happy.

Since when is a company like the BBB an official watchdog? Is it there business practice of pressuring and scamming companies to join? Why dont they belong to their own organization? Because they would have an "F" rating with several complaints!
