The Better Business Bureau Office in Wallingford, CT is at fault for taking sides with Bear Computer and Repair of Shelton, CT when, during my dispute with the company, they didn't listen to the customer who filed the complaint, and closed the case.

I was neglected by this company for a month regarding the computer service they DID NOT provide in a professional way. Bear Computer (and specifically, the owner DANIEL PEREZ) did NOT answer any of my calls
especially when it came to communicating some stressful issues I had.  Techs were supposed to come to my apartment and never showed up. The owner said, in response, "We had some work to be done closer to our office!". There were MANY issues during that month which caused me extreme stress. Bear Computer and Repair was quite aware that I was
concerned about whether my photos and documents got into the new computer they built for me. I am an artist and many of those photos were of my paintings, most of which could never be replaced. Bear did NOTHING to deal with my concerns! Documents, too, may have been lost----forever!

At any rate, the BBB of Wallingford under the direction of Courtney Goodwin, said that Bear Computer was off the hook (my words).

I WOULD NOT recommend anyone who wants a fair appraisal of their business interactions to go for answers to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU of Wallingford, CT!
