Multiple times we have corrected the Better Business Bureau with information about the company and multiple times they have reported it incorrectly.  The only way I have seen anyone get A or A+ ratings is to pay them monthly or yearly fees.  They give bad ratings if you don't pay and do not base their rating system on the success of the service or the customer satisfaction, but on whether they like the business and if they pay the BBB fees.  BBB is a rip off and should be monitored by government agencies.
