Better Social Better Video Ripped off and denied payment for my services Frisco, Texas

I worked for this company as an independent content writer to write posts on various subjects. In the beginning I didn't have any problems receiving payment for my services, which was a flat fee per job. The more work I did for them, the more restrictive, picky and impossible to please they became. I was accused of plagiarism and unusable posts, which was not true because I wrote everything in my own words. Just because I searched the internet for ideas does not necessarily mean I was trying to plagiarize on purpose.

When they decided to terminate my contract, not only I received a lame and lousy explanation when I asked for the reason, I was informed that my payment will be reduced because of bad posts. This was my side job to help pay the bills, so I am not losing my livelihood, but the bad experience, lack of explanation of the impossible rules that could change on a whim, and all other lies I was told were very disappointing. I wanted to warn others who search for freelance writing jobs in Dallas area, beware of Better Social, you will be ripped off after you work for them for a few months.

Thier jobs are very tedious, extremely meticulous and time consuming and you never know what to expect from those impossible to please individuals. I would rather work any promotional event, such as sampling, and get paid a flat fee for 3-4 hours than spend 10 hours writing one job abed live in fear that I may not get paid or get terminated for 2-3 errors they find. Beware of their posting on Craigslist if it still exists, this is how I found them and I regret my decision now.  I know that I will never get paid for what they owe me, but at least I can warn others who are unaware of these dishonest practices.
