BEWARE of this company and don't be scammed like I was!!! They are doing business as Better Way to Move but their business name is CHS Transportation, Inc. and while they will give you an estimate much lower than other companies, they will hike up the price once they have your things and they will destroy them along the way! Moving companies are unregulated and can pretty much do what they want and this company takes full advantage of that.
I should have been concerned when three unprofessional movers showed up four hours late to pick up my belongings but I allowed them to take my belongings. They will charge you hundreds of dollars for packing materials that are required for them to move your furniture. This is the shrink wrap and tape that they require on all furniture, which they do not mention anywhere on their quoted price.
After complaining that my belongings were past the 4-14 day window they had promised, I was told by Ron that I would have to sit and wait until they arrive (very poor customer service). I finally received a call that my belongings were on their way only to find that they were being delivered by another company. Upon arrival my mattress, furniture, and boxes were mildewed and destroyed because they had been stored in water. I still have not received my whole shipment and am unsure if I ever will.
Save yourself and your belongings and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...they may be doing business as another name but beware check out your company thoroughly and don't trust the better business bureau ratings. If I could do this all over I would rent a truck and move my belongings myself! I am now having to file complaints with several agencies-none of which will really do anything to help me recoup my costs and the cost of replacing the thousands of dollars of furniture that was destroyed due to Better Way to Move's negligence and disrespect.
