I want to warn other people and for them to see in advance to be aware of Bettie Carmack and what she did to this woman I knew ... Anyone who knows me knows that I am not going to let people be taken advantage of in any form or fashion if I can help it. If I posted a complaint related to an item or service I received off Ebay, I stand behind it.
Lisa, Andrew, Tommy or whoever else, if you have a specific item or service that I have complained about, be sure to list it here for all to see. This site is for those with LEGITIMATE complaints against businesses or individuals that have provided you with a product or service.
I have not been contacted about a product or service I allegedly provided so I can only assume that this report(s) have been issued in retailiation for a complaint or report I initiated on this site; retailiation seems the nature of the beast when it comes to bad companies/service individuals.
In any case, as I have previously stated, a lawsuit would be great. I get to counterclaim, don't have to pay the initial filing fees, and get to state the facts to a jury. Please file the lawsuit; I look forward to it. Also, until the lawsuit is filed, I will not be responding to any further Anonymous comments on this site.

Information she gleaned from people that hated Vickie because of her gender expression and mocked her and they abused her and Bettie Carmack had an online relationship with them and assisted them in violation of Federal Hate Crime statues providing them sealed court documents she obtained and Vickie's student loan application information and more. Threats were sent by a couple of these people documented by the FBI and in an open investigation. The man she claims Vickie said had Aids Alexander C. Grant was just anchoring stories about Vickie in order to justify his hate campaign. Rebecca Bidwell anchored stories also to justify her hate campaign abuse against Vickie because she is transsexual. Anchoring is a well known technic documented in law enforcement. Vickie did not say that Alex Grant had Aids. Mr. Grant has been threatening Vickie with death threats along with his accomplise Ms. Rebecca Bidwell. Rebecca Bidwell has sent death threats also and the FBI has already intervened in that situation. Bettie Carmack joined in on the abuse of Vickie in retailiation for a previous rip off report written about her in 2007. The FBI has intervened against Ms. Bidwell the investigations upon both of them remain open.
In order for Ms. Carmack to have garnered this information she would have had to have some relationship with these criminals. Ms. Carmack is now involved in that FBI investigation. Ms. Carmack did not send Ms. Rice any threats however she supplied information to Alex Grant and Rebecca Bidwell both of which have reports listed on this site. Bettie Carmack joined in on the abuse of Vickie. Ms. Bettie J. Carmack posted anything and everything she could in order to libel and destroy Vickie Rice's reputation online. Vickie is sick with Hepatitis C and sadly failed several treatments. Being a transgender person she was beat up in a men's bathroom as a younger adult that is sadly where Vickie says her depression problems stemmed from originally. Vickie Rice of Houston Texas had no proof that this man had AIDS, yet she told anyone who would "listen" on the internet that he had AIDS. She admitted she called one person's job trying to find them. What she fails to mention is that she has called several people's jobs trying to get them fired. These were people that did not give her their name or contact information. No Vickie does not have a son because she is transgender and cannot have children. I read your other report and that report was about someone with the last name Vondran, not even Ms Carmacks last name and also the person withdrew there complaint indicating it was mistaken identity in 2007. So is Ms. Carmack exploiting the withdrawn complaint about Ms. Joyce Vondran in order to further justify her campaign against Ms. Rice? Does she not think that since 2007 when you google Vickie Rice's name Ms. Bettie J. Carmacks libel does not appear? Does Ms. Carmack think that all the people that she has written complaints on this site about that when the names are googled they do not appear?

The second commenter is chastising the original poster. The original poster obviously is upset and didn't write the best complaint, but I agree with his complaint. After paying my premiums for 5 years, I filed a wind damaged claim to my roof (or tried to file one). The adjuster came out and told me he would not allow me to file the claim because he said my deductible would not be met. I asked how when the kitchen ceiling needed to be painted and shingles on the roof needed to be replaced. He did not respond and he would not return my phone calls. I filed a complaint with my State's insurance commissioner and Cotton STates responded: We will not pay claims because the house is built incorrectly.
The house is 20 years old and they never told me they would never pay claims because the house is built incorrectly. When I tried to change insurance this year after being told this, other insurance companies stated that since my claim had been denied I would have to wait a few years to change companies. I asked what claim; Cotton States told me I couldn't file a claim. Cotton States responded that, if I even ASK about filing a claim, that they will consider it a claim filed and charge you back for the claim. They also charged the claim back to me when THEY hired the engineer to say my house was built incorrectly.
I am telling everyone I know NOT to use Cotton States for their homeowner's policy. They don't pay homeowner's claims.

I feel I need to warn people. Warning people has gotten me burned bad on THIS SITE, but I think people should know this one simple fact. Glassesusa.com is a company located in TEL AVIV Israel. When I received my glasses, they were of questionable quality and the envelope said TEL AVIV Israel. When I complained about the glasses, the site was reluctant to give me a return shipping label. I finally got a refund but NOT from the company--from my credit card issuer. If you use this company, be prepared for huge headachesif you want a refund or have problems with the glasses.

I had a couple of years of readings on Keen and none of the predictions came true. I have no hidden agenda other than to warn individuals. I actually wrote down all of my predictions, but when I tried to leave feedback it was too late. All of my predictions were always 3 months out and conveniently Keen only lets you leave feedback within 90 days.

I am filing this report as a way to provide information to potential tenants. I lived in a property owned by Colonial Properties Trust for a number of years. During the time I lived at the apartment, people told me that criminals lived in the complex but I denied this because it seemed like a nice place to live. Occassionally, you would have a couple arguing or some type of small problem but overall everything was fine.
However, while living in the complex, I did notice that there was always someone being evicted. I still thought the complex followed the strictest standards. I was notified during January of 2006 that the company was declared insolvant; none of my claims will be paid. I urge everywhere not to buy insurance from an internet company.

Here Ms. Carmack writes about the well know site Live Person.com using the same alias of AshleyLynn5$231Burchfield - (USA) screen capped as evidence and then quickly changes it on the server to Frances201245555. I as a friend of Vickie Rice I put 5 months into careful research documentation and screen caps in order to help Vickie prove a court case against Ms. Carmack as I knew she would change her user names once she was exposed for what she was doing. Now if she risks her law license by swearing differently under oath that will be something to see. Before this was undertaken careful evidence was collected.
It would be very interesting if Ms. Bettie Carmack denied making these reports and decided to lie under oath. Ms. Carmack illegally obtained personal information about Ms. Rice including her student loan application and the application for waiver of a Federal filing fee which was sealed by Federal Judge Love in Tyler, Texas. Ms. Carmack broke the law by obtaining both these documents and making information public.

I, myself, emailed Kasamba and asked them where my bad reviews were. They told me that they didn't post reviews they felt were inappropriate. Thus, if you want to give a bad review, you just have to code the number and don't do a comment. After learning this, I realized that many of the reviews were skewed towards the positive because the ones with negative comments were deleted. This caused me to read the reviews differently. If you see a reader with a lot of 1-3 with NO COMMENTS--they are a bad reader; Kasamba has just helped them out by not posting their bad reviews.
Please know that calling or emailing psychics is a WASTE of your money. I say this because I see people saying stuff like: "she tricked me; her spell didn't come true." NONE OF THIS STUFF IS REAL. You are calling people claiming to be psychics; they are not real so know that, if you are doing this, your money will get taken and you will be disappointed if you believe your dreams will come true because a psychic told you so.

I kept all of my readings from the last two years and NONE of the predictions ever came true. Anyone who has this "psychic addiction" should start compiling a list of the predictions you receive. You will be AMAZED at how many of them are FAKE. Basically, each time you have the urge to call a "psychic," go to your list to look at the predictions for the last three months. I have no doubt that doing this repeatedly will snap you out of your addiction. It worked for me, but only after an unpredicted trajedy. I think these "psychics" should be ashamed of themselves for giving false hope to people knowing that that is the only reason why people are calling. If they stopped doing this, I know they would be broke, but at some point you "psychics" should really get a conscience.
