I just discovered a Rogue Casino. They have vague rules and interpret them on the fly. When locked down to specifics, they lie to you and steal your money by not refunding it. Here are the details:
I deposited $2,500 in BetUSCasino.com and got a matching 100% bonus. I played and earned $107. But the earning was due to an accidental click. Overall, it was a loser casino. But that is not the real problem.
I decided I wanted to withdraw my own money. NOT the bonus and I would even forgive any winnings. But they pointed to their (purposefully?) vague rules and said that no, no one in the industry will refund like that. Further, I was told by the manager, Jon, You find just one casino that will do it and I will refund your money. Well, I found one in about 3 minutes and sent him the URL and paragraph number showing exactly what I had said. He then decided to go back on the promise he made not 5 minutes earlier and REFUSES to give me back MY OWN MONEY.
I am NOT asking for bonus money or even winnings and when I fulfilled his request to show him that others DO operate that way, his lie is shown and he keeps all $2,500.
I think this needs to be broadly broadcast to save other from losing significant amounts of money.

I know what you mean. My bank has them under investigation as of now. They don't explain anything up front, and make up rules which are not posted anywhere on their site. Their are outrageous payout fees and paperwork required to have your money sent out. They will give you the run around until you have to get a third party involved. If their is one piece of advice I can give, it is: STAY AWAY FROM BETUS.COM! I will make sure word gets out to "everyone and anyone" who bets online. Their are other sites which are honest and explain the rules first.
