BEVERLY HAYWOOD AND MIKE HAYWOOD TOWN SQUARE APARTMENTS, EXPRESSIONS SENIOR LIVING DISHONEST, LIARS, MISERABLE PEOPLE WHO'S ONLY JOY IN LIFE IS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED SENIOR CITIZENS!!! Palmdale California

The people associated with Town Square Apartments and Expressions Senior Living Apartments in Palmdale, Ca:  The Levitt Family Trust, Doug Levitt (owners);  Beverly and Michael Haywood (managers); and Larrs Ardell Briggs (assistant manager/rental broker) CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!  They will look at you and smile, without a flinch, while they make promises about needed repairs what “WILL BE DONE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN” or “JUST MAKE A LIST OF THINGS WE MISSED AND WE WILL DO IT IMMEDIATELY!”  NOT!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA  LMAO  LOL

If these people show you an apartment, house or anything else they are trying to pass on to you, make sure ALL repairs are done BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING OR MOVE IN!!  They promise to do the many needed repairs before you move in but then,  make many, many excuses as to why they were not done but, “We will make the repairs if you give us a list!”  I have waited 6 months for something as simple as 3 Electrical Outlet Covers, not to mention the holes in the walls and door, yellow MOLD on the bathroom ceiling (easy to fix, paint with KILNs and repaint!) or the broken, hanging closet door.

There are 3 vacant apartments in this 12 unit complex.  All are listed under current market value but, so far, no takers (wise people!!).  All 3, are still needing repairs, I was shown 1 in February, (“We just need to install the new kitchen counter top and touch up the paint, then it will be ready for you”) they are still “WORKING ON IT!”,  They are telling potential renters that the repairs will be completed once they are in (see the laughing above!!), all 3 have been left with the front doors open day and night, periodically, to air out the musty/moldy smell.  Big problem is that, as you walk outside in the evenings, you can see the 1-4” COCKROACHES scurrying across the sidewalks, street, dirt and road (Get a copy of the receipt the exterminator gives management to verify the apartment has been sprayed within 30 days of move in!)..  The cockroaches are so big, if you step on one, you can hear the crunch.  If you leave your apartment closed for a few hours, you have the musty/moldy smell back. I have found that it doesn’t matter how much Lysol, Pine Sol, Clorox cleaner or air fresheners you use, it’s in the carpet and on the walls that haven’t been painted in years and seeping up in the toilets as backflow!!   In the bathrooms, I use 2 toilet bowl fresheners in each bowl, I clean the inside and outside of toilet every other day with Lysol, I am a disabled senior female and have no worries about someone Missing AIM while using and there is still the SEWER ammonia smell.
