Incredible Marketing is really Incredible B.S. Sales people promis and dont deliver!!! California, PA, Florida, Arizona, New York, NY

We are doctors in Beverly Hills (90035). Incredible Marking appears to "target" doctors, plastic surgeons, dentists, and professionals with money to spend. We were very unhappy with (SEO) search engine traffic. Social Media was zip. Originally, took 6 months for website delivery, but it was not really what we asked for.  We showed them another website, and were expecting the similar type of web format. It took 6 Months to deliver a 4 page website. Too many buttons. Too little pages. The text was out of order. No SEO done at that point.

Later, I realized that the "hosting company" they use gives them a $200.00 kick-back.  We received a lot of excuses and promises.  The Sales people (or so-called team director) talked a lot, but afterwards - we finally had programming expert (we knew and trusted) go into the actual WordPress website that they had created - meaning they logged-in to see what was really going on and work done.
Since we went with the company's web hosting, we felt kind that we were being held "hostage" by Incredible marketing.

When we complained and tried to get out of working with "Incredible Marketing," we got a letter from the president.  They seemed to want to keep taking our money. 

As we tried to break away,  we suddenly had issues with getting very bad reviews online.  The hosting seemed to get worse over time. The website kept getting slower. There was more down-times...

We eventually got "Black-listed" and paid a lot of money to be removed from this.  It seemed that overnight our website disappeared from the search engines.  I called to various places and consulted with our new expert programmer. 
I was told that we didn't have any form of a "firewall" protecting our individual" website. The so-called Team Director of Incredible marketing kept telling us that we didn't need any firewall protection, because the hosting company was so completely secure. He said that it would be almost completely impossible for our website to be "hacked."  This really didn't feel or sound right to me.

In addition, he said that the website or WordPress theme or template didn't need to be kept updated and that it was a waste of time for them to do it.  He also said the plug-ins used didn't need to be kept "up to date" for any new versions.  This really didn't sound right to me.

I was following up on all of the new programmers suggestions, as they had been in the business for 25-30 years and had come highly recommended.  His suggestions all seemed to be a common-sense and no-nonsense approach.  We hired him for his feedback only.
So there was no conflict of interest, and the programmer was too booked up with work, other than helping with feedback only.

In the report, I discovered that Nobody had ever kept our website updated. 

*** Later, the Website was HACKED.  Interesting, because Incredible Marketing had promised that it was completely "SECURE" in all ways possible.  Not True. 

.... All I know is that we were left "in the dark" in very many areas, even though we were asking lots of questions. 

I feel we were deliberately deceived. They DID NOT want to be accountable and did the very minimal work as possible. 

You don't need a "middle-man" like Incredible Marketing.
We made a HUGE MISTAKE and we paid dearly for it!!! 

Our credit cards were charged many times for services we did not ask for. Finally we had to cancel the charge cards.  Also, we found other "strange changes" appearing on our credit card statements - shortly after they obtained our credit card numbers. This had not happened before.
 
If you don't know much about websites, then you may fall prey to their sales pitches and misleading information.

Truthfully, I think most of these "positive reviews" online were written by Incredible Marketing sales people.

After becoming more "educated" about websites - I asked more questions, and they became very angry and frustrated. They began to swear and hang-up on me at times.

I wish we had done more research or paid someone to research this company up front. It was a huge, expensive learning lesson.

Doctors, Dentists and All Professional Services - Please be warned.

Also, NEVER use a hosting company who is offering huge kick-backs to a marketing company designing your website. You are putting yourself in a very vulnerable situation when things don't work out with that marketing company. We were.

Have a separate domain registration (like GoDaddy), Then, hire a separate "hosting" company on your own, and then when you want to fire a "middle man" like Incredible Marketing - you won't get stuck with a bunch of Lemons and Liars. We paid a lot and received much grief and disappointment.

I don't think people take all this time to complain, unless it was a very bad experience (like we had).  I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to you  :)

I am writing this to warn people to not jump into something too fast because of a fast-talking sales person.
