Beverly Hills Liposculpture Dr. Alan Bittner Beverly Hills California

Three lawsuits have been filed against Beverly Hills Liposculpture and Dr. Craig Alan Bittner (also known as Alan Bittner, MD, C. Alan Bittner, MD, and Craig Bittner, MD) in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Santa Monica Division. Allegations are that Stephanie Darcy (also often referred to as Dr. Bittner's "wife") performed the anesthesia and surgery on the patients. She is not a licensed healthcare provider nor qualified to provide anesthesia and perform surgery. The Complaints are alleging causes of action for breach of contract, fraud, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
