Beverly Howze PhD custody evaluator New Orleans Louisiana

 Do you have a copy of her testimony that someone put a spell on her? I have heard the same thing by informed sources. Where can that info be located..ie. case name, number or depo?

Would like very much to speak with you.  Unfortunately, Howze's name is still listed with the courts as a custody evaluator.  Apparently when she testified under oath in a civil matter that she no longer does custody evaluations she failed to inform the courts of that fact.  But why expect anything less of her.  Since she seems to be willing to lie in her reports that go to the courts, why wouldn't she lie under oath.  The "positive" report above placed by a "man" named Scarkino whose physical location is Kenner according to what we have found and not the address listed.  The address listed belongs, according to records, to the eldest daughter of Beverly Howze, Monique, who apparently wants to defend her mother.  We are screwedlamoms and we can be reached through you've got mail.  Please read between the lines on the last sentence and contact us.  I would think that a report by Howze that is 10 years old is really stale and of no true benefit in a court proceeding.

I agree, Dr Howze is the worst possible custody evaluator who gives wrong psychiatric diagnoses to completely healthy women. I am a victim of Dr Howze as well. It says a lot on here that there is documentation about her not doing custody evaluations any longer, her being in trouble, etc. Is it possible to get a copy of that info somewhere? Her 10 year old report is rearing its ugly head right now in my custody case in Orleans Parish. Maybe the family court judge should be made aware of all of the things Dr Howze did and not to take her reports or recommendations seriously. Please, let me know!

Tell that to the children she has destroyed.  One taken from his mother when he was 2 (he is now 23) and placed with the father as Howze recommended.  Of course the father was an addict and this child knew every paramedic by their first name because they were at the house so often.  Another now 17 who Howze recommended live with the father (abuser), that child called Howze last year and left a scathing message of how she destroyed her life.  Talk to the child who screams "you don't know what he does to me" (speaking of her father) because she doesn't want to go with him.  Talk to the many children whose lives she has put in jeopardy by her incompetence and inability to listen and report what she hears instead of reversing it in the reports or misstating it and putting what she wants in the report instead of what was told to her.  Look up her testimony in cases under oath and read in her words how someone has put a spell on her.  Talk to all  those women she has called narcissistic and paranoid.  Then ask Howze how much plastic surgery she has had and how many people she thinks are stalking her or harassing her.  Now that's paranoia.  Talk to her about why her ex filed for custody for their two children after they divorced.  So be careful what you say until you have done your homework, as we have.  There's a lot more and all documented.

I am so sorry you feel that way.  I am a father and have seen her; your evaluation of her is unconscionable.  She happens to be the one of the best clinical/forensic psychologist.  It is obvious that your expectation (of your case) did not go your way.  Like anything, life is not always going to be on your side!  Maybe you need to analyze your own issues and not take it out on others.  It's obvious that you had serious concerns with your life that needed professional help; so who are you to be so snide! If you can understand that word!  Your thoughts are unfounded and should not be allowed on the internet!

I am so glad you responded.  There has been so much going on for the last three years.  We have approximately 12 victims, one going 25 years back.  This spans Jefferson and Orleans Parishes.  We are screwedlamoms and we can be reached through you've got mail.  Please read between the lines on that one.  Maybe that won't get redacted.  I'll keep trying different ways if it does.  There is one case in Orleans where Howze went in favor of the mother, then "treated" the father, turned around and told the court basically she changed her mind.  All about the money.

I have no doubt that Howze has decided to stop the evaluations.  My problem with her was her "financial partnership" with Karen Van Beyer, and the scam they had going with custody and visitation, and the involvement of Judge Patrick McCabe who repeatedly ordered couples (including me and my ex) to use them. Kickbacks? I have no doubt in my mind.

This is for G - Terrytown.  We have tried many ways to contact you.  Please, if you see this, contact  (((ROR redacted))) as soon as you can.  We have several moms that have been abused by the so-called legal process, with evaluators and judges and hearing officers (wanna be judges).  We are working to turn this around and have people who are able to get the attention necessary helping us.  Beverly Howze has testified recently under oath in Jefferson Parish that she no longer does custody evaluations.  I'll explain that one when you contact us.

Howze, Van Beyer, et al should be stopped, but how can you stop them when they are in cahoots with Judge Patrick McCabe?

In my case, she gave my kids to a drunk, abusive father, when both kids clearly stated they wanted to stay with me! Of course, I have them back, now, as of the day they turned 18. I wonder if they can now sue this incompetant a*****e?
