I purchased a puppy from Beverly & Tom Jenkins in Iowa through puppyfind.com. I paid $875 for a TOY American Eskimo and received a much bigger dog. They are supposed to be between 6-10 lbs at full size & she is now 7.5 lbs at 12 weeks. They also either falsified medical records (or gave me the wrong dog) as the medical forms I received state that she had her dew claws removed & my dog has dew claws (their reply was that rear dew claws were removed) but the vet says this is clearly untrue.
They have been rude, sarcastic & insulting in their replies. Stating that I didn't want the dog (Who flies 1/2 way across the country for a dog they don't want!!) & they offered an exchange after we had bonded. I would never give her to them as they are dishonest & I fear for what they would do.
They sold me a mini in place of a toy.
They falsified medical records.
They will not refund the difference between the price of a toy & a mini (they even lied about how much they charge for mini despite the fact that I can SEE what they charge online for minis.

there are many of us here who have filed reports against this woman. the stories are all the same. Because I'm bored, I did a little research.....
The name of the kennel and "her" name have changed but the wording in her ads, the fake names she gives the dogs, and the background of her pics are all the same.
You CAN send her a message through puppyfind.com to her...you do NOT need to be a member. I sent her a message and indicated I would be tracking and following the name changes. She is also not going by Bev any longer.... If you go to puppyfind and search for toy american eskimo....you'll find her and all the same verbiage in her ads as she had back in '09 when I got timmy.
Spread the word!!!!! She is out there, operating under another kennel name and personal name.

Researching your site allowed me to find more complaints about Beverly & Tom Jenkins in Iowa & I did not realize that they were(are?) also Cedar Rapids Kennels... it was not listed this way on puppyfind.
I did a lot of research before buying my dog, but could not find info because I did not have this information. I hope that by tying the two together I can help some other customer before thay are scammed as well.
