Bexar Towing Bexar Auto Storage Towed My Car Illegally, Treated Me Like Dirt San Antonio Texas

Bexar Towing towed my vehicle illegally (despite there being a valid parking permit displayed, and being legally parked in a valid spot).  The first person I spoke with on the phone denied there was a sticker on the windshield (this was a lie).  I called back, and was advised that they would not charge me for the tow due to the circumstances  When I arrived, they said they'd been looking at the wrong vehicle, and that I WOULD have to pay the full $300 fee.  Despite EVERYONE being able to see the parking permit from where we stood, they refused to give me my vehicle without paying, and said the apartment complex had called specifically to have my vehicle towed.  After paying (I needed my vehicle back), I contacted my apartment complex, who advised they had NOT called about my vehicle, rather a different one, with a DIFFERENT license plate number.  After two and a half hours there, several phone calls between my leasing office and Bexar Towing's management (and eventually their owner), and interacting with the rudest staff I have ever dealt with, I FINALLY received a refund.  The company refused to take any responsibility for illegally towing my vehicle.  I cannot fathom how this company is still in business, especially after my experience and reading about others' experiences online.
