Beyond Diet LLC Isabel de Los Rios Weight Loss Program appalling customer service and seemingly impossible to get promised refund Nationwide

I saw the information about Beyond Diet on Facebook and thought it looked interesting. I initially decided to pay $47 for the initial package but by the end had been skilfully encouraged to buy a package of approx $197! The sales spiel is very impressive - but at each stage of the sales pitch I was reassured that I could have my money back at any time. After a trial run I came to the realisation that this diet was not for me. HOWEVER - getting a redund  is proving to be very difficult and time consuming. My initial email was acknowledged after a couple of days and I was invited to ring a number in the USA - I responded that since I live in the UK I did not want to ring anyone - I just wanted a refund. Since then - NO REPLY! Additionally, I have written to request a refund on numerous other occasions - but NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I am getting increasingly annoyed - and want to warn others od this negative experience.
