Beyond Hello lies & removes jobs from shoppers & threatens actions against them.
I was offered to do a mystery shop of Chase Bank which is near my home, about 1 mile away. I apoplied for the job olny to be denied the job and they said it was because it was beyond the 20 miles radius from my home!!!
When I called them out on it, there support specialist, Darius L. Jackson, threatened all kinds of actions against me as a shopper, inlcuding not allowing me to do future Chase Bank mystery shops.
I had not done shops for this company, Beyond Hello, for years and I have a ranking of 9 out 10. I figured I would help them out and do the shop since it was very close to my home and qucik to do, but instead I was lied to and I was denied the shop based on their lie.
Fortunately for me, I am self employed and I do not need them. I promptly sent them proof of the distance of the shop from my home and told them to close my account.
Potential shoppers and future shoppers beware of that company!
